Chef Christian Chin is owner and founder of Miri & Jem Spicery.

A culinary professional with over 15 years of creative experience in food service management, specializing in research and development. Named after his grandmothers, Miri & Jem Spicery was founded as an outlet for the the passion They instilled in him for hospitality and craftsmanship, as well as a value for the rich culinary traditions of Jamaica and the Caribbean.
